Empowering Parents
We believe that parents and families
are a child’s first character educator.
Parents have a responsibility to foster and develop their children’s character strengths.
This is especially true during the teen years when young people
begin to exercise their voice and independence.
During our 2021 Virtual Forum, we invited Jill Brown from Generation Text Online
to talk about character development and intentional family time.
Here's a short clip from her session.
Character.org regularly features character-focused organizations
in our Inspiring Character newsletter.
